DC2 on 3rd Map akagi

Hey all,
i am currently driving a Dc2 and it seems that i keep losing to a friend of mine that drives a FD on the map akagi every turn was good but when the last 3 hairpins before the finish line he can just fly pass me like there was a boost for his car, it happen when i vs an 86 oso.They both knock me at the same spot,is there any pattern as in when someone knocks into u and u slow down instead of him slowing down,can anyone tell me ways to counter that lame move?

U will slow down when someone drives or knock u into the edge instead of him slowing down. That cant be stop cos i think its a bug in the game. What u can do to remedy such a situation is to hurry up to down ur gear and hope that u are able to catch up. Thats the best u can do. I experienced that before too. Thats why i dun really like to to be challenged on those tracks that are narrow cos such things usually happens and u can hardly catch up. First 2 tracks still possible. Hope that answers ur query.

Ok den.... It seems tat both your DC2 and his FD has the same points since both of you all can reach the 5 hairpin turns at the same time.... I'm surprised to see this cuz if same points, the FD should be able to fly past the DC2 and the DC2 shouldn't be able to see the FD's tail. ( unless the FD's skill is lousy lar) And perhaps this is one way to win someone by knocking the car...... Seems irritaing but winning isn't all about winning gloriously. That person win he happy liao even if he knock someone's car and the car decrease in speed like mad.... And one way to counter tat move is too decrease your speed a liitle to let the opponent's car bang onto the wall... Once the opponents car knocks the wall, his speed will decrease and won't be able to accelarate fast.... Den there's a chance for you to overtake him wif ur fast accelaration..... FD is known for his acceleration so its normal for it to fly past you and as for the 86, perhaps tat 86 gt hell lots of points more than you DC2

yes, the FD sucks after every turn he go left and right and left again hmm... noobie saw it too.Its really unfair for a FD that knocks on everywall after a turn win a DC2 that seldom knock and its really difficult to overtake argh....[/quote]

FD n FC do perform better in Akagi then DC2. I lost to a FD level 8 today. His timing in time attack was quite similar to mi.

Yea and my Lvl 4 FD won a LVL 7 FD in akagi and Akina although i lost to it in Usui.... hit the wall and lost to him....

In tat case u r wrong... Try using a DC2 in wet akagi DOWNHILL.... Yeah I agree. My friend who uses a DC2 tells me that it is a very big difference in dry and wet for this track. For some reason, he finds it very difficult to control if it's wet. Dunnoe why ar but Dc2's tail tend to drift outwards and the tail tend to hit the wall.... so DC2 can onli clear a hairpin corner for abt 110km/h to 120km/h or sometimes even lower... as for the last few high speed hairpins, 130km/h is the max speed for Dc2... If you're talking about the 4 hairpins at the end of Akagi down, I have seen a DC2 take them at about 135 for wet and 150 for dry.
