Color of car changes depsite not renewing card

Hi, like to ask u all someting, sometimes i see ppl with a screen which enable them to change e color of e car despite its not card renewal (50 times). is there any way to do it? N when my fren chose Skyline 34, there r 3 tunes. If u turn e steering to e left, there is another hidden tune. Is it available for every car?

its the colour bug.. the hidden tune is the normal tuning of the car.. means the shape of the car will remain the same unless reaching the basic tune completion.. then u get the parts options.. so big deal, though

Ahhhh..... color bug. But DC2 normally get this Color changing thing why not in FD or FC??
