Is using Bug card not a right thing to do?

  1) I'm quite curious about using bug cards. I dun have 1 but i tink i saw many ppl using. Is it ok to use (morally)?
  
  2) How do know when ppl using bug card?
  
  3) Only new card can be make into bug cards? wat about existing norm card tat have 300k?
  
  4) Is bug card banned in Arcade centre?
  
  5) ppl wif bug card will have faster car than ppl using norm card?

  answer to No1: its ok to use morally, actually depend on ureself one but then if u use the bug card (the 999 million pt card), to versus others i dont tink its good lah expecially versus the newbie who dont even noe when to reject a challenger.
  
  answer to 2: when their pts is 999million pts. 999 at the start of their pts.
  
  answer to 3: only new card only, existing play until half way one cannot use
  
  answer to 4: of course its allowed
  
  answer to 5: they of course will have a tremendously fast super cars but then if their skills koyak oso like that lan lan

  i personally think that it depends on circumstances whether the bug card can be a new card or an old card. =)

  Actually old card can also bug one. i bug my old mazda rx7 when i got over 300k. It takes longer to bug it thats all. NOt impossible. It will not be fair if you use a bug card to challenge people unless your competitor is also using one.

  A bug card is a card that allows you to get the max point, that is 9999999999 (the exact no. of 9 i forgot liao). With so much point, one can actually play the 4-course for infinite no. of times. Moreover, each time u play, it will allow you to upgrade ur car once. Thus you will be able to get the full modified car within 70 or 80 times of play. Thats all about bug card.

  then how to create a bug card?
