  I saw 2 of them at takashimaya, the basement.. there's a VCD shop just below kinokuniya. I think they selling for 12.90 per disc..
  Not sure whether it sells DVD or not.

  yupz, i got a fren who bought stage 1 DVD from taiwan... and i saw a shop selling dvd in malaysia... but it was selling at $40 per DVD~
  stage 1 has 3 pieces DVD, tat means $120 for stage 1!!!

  i saw the Movie (3rd Stage), and the Extra Stage, and another one, the title says that it's battle Special, but i guess its Stage 2 as there's 13 discs in it.
  
  For the Movie, 3rd Stage, it cost $19.90 for the dvd version and $9.90 for the Vcd version.
  
  For the Extra Stage, it cost $19.90 for the dvd version and $9.90 for the Vcd version.
  
  the location is at Apollo Center, shop name Action Videos. It's next to Ministry of Manpower and around 2 - 3 stops from Funan center. You can take bus, 2, 12, 62 to get there.

  I bought the whole series of Initial D on DVD from the site www.foranime.com for $107.00 including shipping and handling.
  
  All of them are Region Free with Chinese or English Subtitles. I have been a big fan of this since a friend hooked me up with the entire collect of it in DIVX format for the computer. They were in Chinese (Spoken) with English subtitles. My friend was Korean/American.
  
  I have been here in Japan for the past 4.5 years, and didn't know about this series until almost my 4th year here. I need to get out more here. If your wondering what I am doing in Japan, I am in the US Navy and I am a Network Administrator for Yokosuka Naval Base. Basically, I go around the base and fix computers for everybody.
