Change of rules?

Yup... irc is for chatting... spammers who use excessive caps/colours shld be kicked... which is y i set the rules guidelines too... telling the ops not to kick for jux one line of colours... but sometimes... when the channel is crowded due to some guest..its really hard to control..everyone starts using colours and caps to get attention despite warning... dat is the time where we enforce the rules... as to reduce troublemakers who only come in to find their idols on irc rather than chat. :p right booey?

IRC is to have fun rite ?? I agree...
One thing is.. there is not juz one channel in IRC. IF the ppl who like to repeat and use colours and Flood and have FUN, they can do so in other channels.
Of cos, colours and attritubes r part of IRC.
but when ppl abuse it. itz very irritating.
and since the RUle has been passed down so long oredi. might as well stick to it.
But lenient a bit loh. [ for example tat one sentence colour or ask for DJ's nick.. i think itzz alrite too.. No harm mah.. BU zhi zhe wu zhui

I m sure we can all work together to create a happy channel..

maybe hor yah, u all ops can be strict with those ppl who break the rulz.but maybe hor, some ppl are new to this rm and maybe not sure with the rules.once hor when dk lian shou chu ji with dunno who hor, i accidentally typed in caps cos wo bu xiao xin pressed the caps locks button. then dunno who go kick me and kena ban.hai but maybe u all ops should maybe give warning first lor.hehe.

So far the rules not so strict already... we take the effort to give warning first... but some ppl still wanna advertise despite warnings.... anyway there shouldnt be any complains now.. chatters are tuning themselves to the rules... hehe... signs of progress... :p
